"Arrived safely and are just settling in at the new campus of Jets Jordan. We are so blessed to be a part of this ministry to reach the Arab speaking world with the clear message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ." Stephen Lewis

It is 5 a.m. on our first morning in Jordan. As I write this the Muslim call to pray can be heard in the quiet morning hour. We arrived safely in Jordan last night around 7:30 pm. We met with friends for a short time before retiring to bed at 11. Our bodies were screaming for sleep after being awake for 26 straight hours. We are excited about our time in Jordan. Please pray for God's awesome provision for us as well as the students that He is bringing to the class for the next three weeks. What a privilege it is to be here serving Him!! We love you all and are so grateful for the many ways you support us. You are such a vital part of what God has called us to do. Without your support and prayers this trip would not be possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Shan Lewis
January 1, we will ring in the New Year on our flight to Amman Jordan. We will leave Wednesday afternoon for Minneapolis, then to Paris where we will catch our flight to Amman. Steve will be teaching a 3-week module, “Pauline Epistles,” at the Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary (JETS). We are looking forward to reconnecting with our special friends in the area who work so hard to Biblically equip men and women to minister throughout the Middle East. Jordan seems to be a safe haven for many Christians who are escaping their war torn countries, or persecution. It is truly a privilege to have an opportunity to invest in these people’s lives who sacrifice so much to follow God as Christians. Please be in prayer for our travel, health and for the time we will share with this new group of students. To hear their stories truly blesses us.
